Job summary

Regional Fire Protection, part of the Guardian Fire Services family, is seeking a General Manager for the Williamsport, MD branch. You will lead branch operations, drive growth, and oversee construction, service, inspection, and maintenance across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of progressive management in fire protection, a track record of leading sprinkler/fire alarm projects, and strong P&L leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive management experience in the fire protection industry.
• Experience leading sprinkler and/or fire alarm construction, project management, design/engineering, sales, service, and field operations.
• Demonstrated P&L and financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Williamsport branch.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, revenue targets, and margins.
• Oversee construction/new installation, service, inspection, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors and owners.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing staff.
