Job summary

Summation Financial Services is seeking a Regional Business Office Manager to lead business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. The role requires guiding facility BOMs, ensuring accurate billing and collections, and overseeing payer-related processes with strict regulatory compliance.

Hybrid role with travel to Bloomsburg, PA corporate office and occasional multi-state site visits.

Qualifications

• Prior Business Office Manager experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar post-acute healthcare setting is required.
• Multi-facility and multi-state experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide guidance and training to facility Business Office Managers.
• Monitor billing, accounts receivable, and collections, including delinquent accounts.
• Support Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, and other payer-related processes.
• Ensure business office practices comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist with accounting system changes and other billing and administrative functions as needed.
