Job summary

Reliant Care Management, LLC is seeking a Regional Business Office Manager to oversee facility business office operations, billing, and remote-trusting funds across multiple locations. The role emphasizes accuracy in cash handling and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with facility leadership and corporate teams to drive revenue cycle improvements, mentor staff, and support month-end financial reporting. Travel to facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement knowledge.
• Long-term care billing and collections experience.
• Consolidation of billing processes.
• Management of resident trust accounts.
• Daily cash/check deposits and reconciliation.
• Accounts receivable follow-up and aging management.
• Daily staffing and financial reporting.
• Purchase order processes and facility business office operations.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support to facility business office operations across multiple locations.
• Monitor and guide billing, collections, cash posting, and accounts receivable processes.
• Support management of resident trust funds and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review daily banking activity, deposits, and cash reconciliation for assigned facilities.
• Ensure adherence to Social Security, State, Medicaid, Medicare, and other payer regulations.
• Assist facilities with Medicaid pending, denials, aging, collections, and reimbursement issues.
• Oversee Social Security Representative Payee processes where applicable.
• Partner with facility leadership and corporate teams to improve revenue cycle outcomes.
• Conduct audits and follow-up related to billing practices, trust accounts, and financial processes.
• Train, mentor, and support Business Office Managers and other facility staff.
• Assist with month-end processes, financial reporting, and standardization across buildings.
• Travel to assigned facilities as needed to provide on-site support and leadership.
