Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Washington state seeks a Regional Business Office Manager/Trainer (Regional Field Controller) to oversee five SNFs in King County. The role requires on-site support at facilities about four days weekly, with travel expenses covered and relocation assistance available.

The Regional Field Controller manages financial operations, full-cycle billing, A/R, cash flow, and payer reimbursement to support the Business Office Managers, ensuring compliance with laws and LCCA

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Two or more years’ experience as a business office manager.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with selection, training, and support of Business Office Managers.
• Train and support Business Office staff on Net Solutions, RFMS, ADP.
• Visit assigned facilities at least quarterly to assess business office functions and assist as needed.
• Communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team.
• Train Business Office staff on billing processes in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance.
