Texas Capital is seeking an experienced Retail Banking Operations Leader to drive excellence across our financial centers in Texas. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk and compliance, and coach leaders to strengthen operational effectiveness.

Travel 75%+ is required, and a track record of multi-site leadership is essential. The role demands strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Retail Banking with strong knowledge of operations, risk, and compliance
• 5+ years Retail Banking management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Strong MS Office, Power BI, Salesforce and data reporting proficiency

Responsabilités

• Drive operational excellence across all financial centers, supporting Retail Banking Leadership with a solution-oriented approach
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and provide operational and administrative support to leadership
• Provide guidance, support, and conflict resolution to team members while adhering to bank guidelines, policies, and applicable laws
• Execute audits and risk-related reviews; maintain a strong control environment and report findings and updates to Retail Banking leadership and internal risk partners
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks across Retail line of business; elevate critical risks to leadership
• Create, modify, and review processes, procedures, and training materials that support operational changes and enhancements to the front line
• Lead Retail Operations training across the line of business; develop and maintain a properly cross-trained staff
• Coordinate operational issues including application access, equipment needs, workflow, and transaction integrity while maintaining operational consistency across all Financial Centers
• Act as a coach and mentor across all levels of Financial Center Leadership to strengthen foundational operational excellence
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute operational reports
• Own and execute special projects as needed
