Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an experienced Retail Banking Operations Manager to lead daily operations across our financial centers. You will guide teams, ensure compliance, optimize processes and support audits while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires 5+ years in retail banking, a Bachelor’s degree in finance or business, and strong skills in leadership, communication, and data analytics. Travel to multiple sites is expected.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in retail banking, retail management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of bank security protocols, all financial center operations, client solutions, client service and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, support and conflict resolution to team members, adhering to bank guidelines and applicable laws.
  • Build influence and aid in execution of operational excellence for all financial centers and support daily operational needs.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration, provide feedback, and support audits and risk partners.
  • Aid in development and training efforts within retail division by maintaining cross-trained staff.
  • Support creation, modification and review of processes and training materials for the department.
  • Take initiative, execute, and oversee special projects as needed.
  • Coordinate operational issues including automation, workflow, and transaction integrity.
  • Test and analyze system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Prepare, maintain and distribute various reports.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance, support and conflict resolution to team members, which includes adhering to Texas Capital Bank guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws.
  • Build influence and aid in execution of operational excellence for all financial centers and support daily operational needs.
  • Ability to facilitate cross team collaboration, provide feedback, operational and administrative support for Regional Operations Manager and Director of Retail Aid in the execution of various audits, providing feedback, support, and updates to Regional Retail Managers and internal risk partners.
  • Aid in the development and support of training efforts within retail division by maintaining a properly cross-trained staff.
  • Support for creation, modification and ongoing review of processes, procedures and training material for the department that support including operational changes and enhancements.
  • Take initiative, execute, and oversee special projects as needed.
  • Coordinate operational issues including automation and equipment needs, workflow and transaction integrity.
  • Test and analyze system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Prepare, maintain and distribute various reports.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Retail Banking, Retail management experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent work experience preferred Knowledge of bank security protocols, all financial center operations, client solutions, client service and sales.
  • Effective team player with ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, manage time and competing priorities.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, deescalating concerns and implementing creative solutions to complex situations.
  • Must possess willingness to assume ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment to resolution in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills through change management efforts for the Retail environment.
  • Ability to travel to multiple Financial Center sites to support various initiatives and continuous training efforts.
  • Strong technical proficiency in the use of MS Office, PowerBI, SalesForce, FISERV and various data/financial analytic reporting.
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to multiple Financial Center sites to support various initiatives and continuous training efforts.

Day and Overnight Travel Required: 30% +/-.
