Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Region Financial Analyst to assist the Region CFO with quantitative analysis of regional financial information, budgets, and cost projections. The role includes audits, forecasting, and regular financial reporting across divisions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree, 2–5 years of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel overnight may be required as part of regional duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Two to five years of related experience
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; vision requirements as described

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and analyses for the Region CFO
• Assist the Region CFO and Region Controller to consolidate the Regional Business Plan
• Maintain the capital allocation forecast for all divisions in the region
• Review proposed off-balance sheet land acquisitions and forecast models
• Provide financial analysis to the Region CFO
• Monitor divisional performance in key metrics vs. Budget and Prior Year
• Ability to travel overnight
• Assist the Region CFO with annual budget updates
