Job summary

GHD is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Region and lead project accounting, budgeting and financial performance across the Americas. The role reports to the General Manager and works with Regional Leaders, helping optimize performance and profitability in line with strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in finance leadership, CPA or MBA, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence at all levels while driving process improvements and effective capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of accounting/business operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership to regional leadership, business group leads and project managers.
• Drive working capital optimization and timely invoicing with debt collection oversight.
• Lead the Finance team and contribute to strategic decision making and risk management.
• Support audits, annual budgets, KPI reporting and financial planning for the region.
