Siemens Energy seeks a Finance Manager for Open Market Projects, Digitalization, and Emerging Markets in Latin America, providing commercial and financial leadership for high-value projects and serving as the Regional Finance Digitalization Lead to boost forecasting and decision-making.

Based in the United States, the role partners with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to optimize commercial outcomes, manage risk, and enable scalable growth across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field is required; MBA, Master’s degree, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Commercial Project Management, Project Controlling, or financial leadership roles, with demonstrated success in complex industrial, infrastructure, energy, or service businesses.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, project accounting, contract management, claims, change orders, cost-to-complete, margin management, cash flow, risk management, internal controls, and financial governance; experience with large modernization, upgrade, EPC, or LTSA projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and financial management for large-scale open-market projects and modernization programs across Latin America, driving profitability and cash flow.
• Partner with PM, Sales, Engineering, Legal, Operations to optimize outcomes, including contract reviews, change-order negotiations, claims management, and cost-to-complete assessments.
• Ensure strong financial governance with forecasts, reporting, project performance analysis, and actionable recommendations while safeguarding contractual positions.
• Serve as the Latin America Finance Digitalization Lead, driving automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve data quality and forecasting.
• Provide financial leadership for emerging markets, evaluate investments, support bid reviews, negotiations, and project execution planning.
• Mentor and develop project finance and commercial talent, promoting accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
