Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience with 5+ in a supervisory role.
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership across Sales, Operations, Revenue Growth Management, and Marketing to drive profitable growth.
• Lead development of executive financial presentations and participate in monthly operating reviews.
• Develop actionable financial metrics, driver-based analytics, and provide recommendations to influence decisions.
• Direct the Annual Operating Plan process and cost management initiatives.
• Oversee weekly/monthly forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team with data-driven decision-making.
• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives across Finance and DSD to improve capabilities.
• Oversee monthly close, GL management, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
• Partner with field operations and sales for site visits and cost-to-serve evaluations.
• Ensure regional financial controls and audit remediation in collaboration with Corporate Audit.
• Lead financial evaluation, modeling, capital tracking, and business case development for investments.
• Support contract negotiations through financial analysis of terms.
• Perform other duties as needed and supervise in accordance with policies.
