Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a hands-on Finance professional for its Northlake, Illinois manufacturing operation. You will partner with Operations Management to provide decision support, drive cost and process improvements, and support the goal to be the best beverage business in the Americas.

Your responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, real-time performance analysis, and delivering actionable insights to plant leadership.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Financial acumen and analytical problem solving.
• 2+ years’ manufacturing analysis experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred; advanced Excel skills.
• BI experience a plus (Planning Analytics, MicroStrategy, etc.).
• Manufacturing and plant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with operational teams to ensure spend accuracy and variances from plan.
• Provide insights and recommendations to site director.
• Identify and lead productivity, process, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and distribute analyses; participate in decision making.
• Perform budgeting and forecasting; publish performance reports and track metrics.
