Job summary

Prosper Global seeks a Regional Finance Analyst to support donor reporting, budgeting, and financial operations for country programs worldwide.

The role collaborates with the Regional Finance Director and teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and grant management in line with donor and Prosper Global policies.

The candidate will have strong communication skills and 5+ years in international nonprofit accounting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of finance management experience.
• 5+ years international accounting or non-profit accounting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to improve processes.
• Experience with grants compliance and reporting (US Gov, EU, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare or review donor reports and audits.
• Manage donor AR, deferred revenue and award reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries for award reclasses.
• Support review of new proposal budgets and country compliance.
