Job summary

KIKO MILANO is seeking a Field Executive Training Manager for the South West Region to drive commercial performance, education, and talent development across Macy's SIS and KIKO MILANO freestanding stores in Southern California.

The role emphasizes coaching, leadership, and operational excellence with extensive travel and a strong field presence to ensure brand standards and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, fashion, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or specialty retail.
• Experience managing FSS and SIS business models in a large commercial retail environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational performance across multiple locations.
• Strong coaching, training, employee relations, recruitment, succession planning, and talent development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional artistry, makeup application, skincare, or beauty education experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance across SIS and FSS locations.
• Execute commercial initiatives, promotions, and strategies to achieve regional objectives.
• Analyze business performance and develop action plans to maximize sales and operational excellence.
• Conduct regular store visits, ensuring execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, inventory management, and operational compliance.
• Support new store openings, remodels, and additional business initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain a strong field presence by spending a minimum of four (4.5) days per week in stores.
• Lead the execution of education strategy across the region.
• Deliver onboarding, product knowledge, artistry, leadership, and operational training programs.
• Coach store leadership and field teams to improve selling behaviors, customer experience, and overall business performance.
• Ensure completion of all required learning programs, certifications, and compliance training.
• Reinforce education through ongoing coaching, performance observations, and development planning.
