Job summary

KIKO MILANO is seeking a proactive Keyholder in New York to support the Store Manager and help drive daily store operations and sales excellence.

As a Manager on Duty, you will lead, train, and motivate the team, oversee opening/closing procedures, ensure policy compliance, and strive to meet KPIs such as conversion, UPT, and average check. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Proven record in sales and customer service.
• Knowledge of store operations, opening/closing procedures, and team management.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW

KIKO MILANO is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager and assist with daily store operations. The Keyholder also serves as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring smooth operations, maximizing sales, and maintaining Company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Team Management

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $18.00-$19.50/hr. This range does not include additional compensation or benefits such as commission, overtime, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, retirement programs, or paid time off.
