Job summary

Musco Sports Lighting seeks a Regional Hub Technician for field maintenance, repair, and inspection of warranty lighting products. This role requires travel across the U.S. and abroad, operating ladders and aerial lifts, and coordinating with customers and vendors.

You will report to the Warranty Hub Manager and ensure safety, accuracy of reports, and timely paperwork. CDL and electrical licensing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-high school education in mechanical or electrical trades or equivalent experience preferred.
• Electrical license or ability to obtain license preferred.
• Valid Driver's license required; Class A CDL preferred.
• Basic electrical and mechanical skills and experience.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work with little supervision.
• DOT drug/alcohol testing and pre-employment checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and inspection of equipment and Musco warranty product.
• Warranty repairs on lighting projects involving ladders and aerial lifts.
• Coordinate project timelines with customers and resources.
• Maintain communication with Warranty Hub Manager about duties and schedules.
• Safe operation and inspection of aerial equipment.
• Provide detailed field reports and complete paperwork within one week.
• Pack and ship RMAs for testing.
• Provide leadership to crew and coordinate with vendors and customers when project management is assigned.
• Drive Musco equipment on service projects; may require CDL.
• Make daily expense-related decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
