Job summary

Musco Sports Lighting is seeking a Regional Hub Technician for our Allentown, PA area to perform maintenance, repair, and inspection of Musco warranty products in the field.

This role requires travel up to 200–220 days annually, strong technical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A valid CDL is preferred and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Post-high school education in mechanical or electrical trades or equivalent experience.
• Electrical license or ability to obtain license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; Class A CDL preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and safety awareness.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to travel 200–220 days per year and work with minimal supervision.
• DOT rules compliance including pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and inspection of equipment and Musco warranty products.
• Warranty repairs on lighting projects; work from ladders and aerial lifts; climb light poles/towers.
• Coordinate project timelines with customers, vendors, and resources.
• Maintain communication with Warranty Hub Manager about daily duties and schedules.
• Safe operation and regular inspection of Musco aerial equipment.
• Provide detailed written field reports within one week of assignment.
• Pack and ship RMAs for evaluation and testing.
• Lead crew and coordinate with vendors and customers on projects with PM duties.
• Drive Musco equipment on service projects; CDL may be required.
• Make daily expense-related decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
