Job summary

ALS Environmental in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Regional Field Services Manager to lead field operations across the Eastern region. You will drive standardization of scheduling, routing, and service delivery, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while optimizing costs.

Responsibilities include supervising couriers, field techs, and well techs; coordinating with labs and clients; and deploying fleet and equipment strategies to improve performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field services, logistics, or operations experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or multi-site leadership experience.
• Experience scheduling, routing, logistics planning, or fleet management processes.
• Working knowledge of laboratory quality systems and environmental regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with field data collection tools, GPS/GIS systems, field sampling processes and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of scheduling and dispatch through Onfleet.
• Ability to travel regionally (up to 20–40%).

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop Couriers, Field Techs, and Well Techs across ALS locations.
• Standardize scheduling, routing, and operational procedures region-wide.
• Maintain unified operating model across sites and ensure seamless sample handoffs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in productivity and service quality.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality across the region.
• Manage fleet, equipment, and field resources to reduce waste and cost.
• Collaborate with Laboratory Directors, Client Services, and Sales to meet client commitments.
