Job summary

NCR Voyix Field Services seeks a Field Service Technician for the Northeast region, covering Boston, MA and surrounding areas. You will install, maintain, and repair self-checkout and electromechanical systems for major retail customers.

The role requires travel within the territory, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy parts. Overtime is available at time-and-a-half; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and driving record per NCR fleet
• PC skills and basic electronics familiarity
• Able to travel extensively; rotating/weekend shifts
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, up to 150 lbs with assistance

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly within territory
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls
