Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to join our team and support major retail customers. You will install, service, and repair electromechanical systems, often traveling within an assigned territory, with on-site duties and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with approved driving record.
• Basic PC and electronic skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions with accommodations.
• Willingness to travel with long driving days.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shifts including morning, afternoon and evening.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
