Marvin is seeking a Regional Field Service Technician to support customers in the St. Louis area.

You will be the face of Marvin, delivering post-sales service for premium windows and doors, solving problems on-site, planning routes, and documenting visits clearly. This role offers a company vehicle, laptop or iPad, competitive hourly pay, benefits from Day 1, and the potential for profit sharing and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Have 3-5 years of construction experience, especially with windows and doors.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving on the fly.
• Clear communication—even when the message is tough—and always keep the customer in mind.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders or scaffolding.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and meet DOT medical certification requirements.
