Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years semiconductor industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of mechanical skills and semiconductor/vacuum tech.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment at customer sites and service centers, including maintenance and installations.
• Identify root causes from operation manuals and tool failures.
• Document maintenance, downtime, issues, and time for reports.
• Perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Order parts and notify customers or management for replacements.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using checklists.
• Escalate design issues to engineering for resolution.
• Provide technical support for operation or maintenance.
• Act as customer contact for technical problems.
• Mentor Field Service Technicians levels I-III.
• Assist in service center operations.
