Job summary

Ebara Technologiesorporated is seeking an experienced field service technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and service heater products at customer sites or the service center in Boise, ID. The role requires full-time presence, a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM shift, and ability to work in various industrial environments.

Responsibilities include installation, service, documentation, and coordination with customers; a valid driving record and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• AA or BS degree in Electronics, Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Services equipment and/or products at customer sites or service center including contracted preventive maintenance and unscheduled maintenance.
• Installation, tracking and servicing of heater products.
• Ordering, expeditions and notifying customers when replacement is necessary; maintain equipment and tools used for service.
• Documentation of maintenance, downtime and time spent on reports; travel to customer locations as needed.
