Job summary

Marvin Design Gallery by Mountain West Windows and Doors in Sandy, UT seeks a Service Technician Apprentice to learn from our team of skilled technicians. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace parts on Marvin products at customer locations while delivering safe, high-quality service.

You’ll handle quality control reviews, paperwork, and support for inside staff, with a customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Experience with power tools or basic construction knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, adjust, inspect, repair, and replace parts on Marvin products in the field.
• Replace glass in windows or doors and install related items at customer sites.
• Generate and update service paperwork and coordinate with CSR for billing.
• Provide customer care guidance on operation and maintenance of Marvin products.
• Maintain service vehicle and meet safety requirements.
