The Service Technician diagnoses, troubleshoots, inspects, adjusts, repairs, and replaces window and door products at customer locations. This position provides safe, high-quality field service, supports customers and internal staff, and ensures service work is accurately documented and completed.
The position requires regular driving and field work in customer homes, company facilities, service vehicles, and residential or commercial job sites. Duties may require standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, repetitive motions, and operating tools and equipment. May lift and/or move items weighing up to 100 pounds, using team lifting or mechanical assistance when appropriate. Must have the functional ability to safely inspect products, operate tools, drive, and perform service work. Work may involve moderate-to-loud noise, seasonal temperatures, varying weather, and construction-site conditions. Work schedules and hours may vary based on seasonal and business needs.
