Job summary

Wittenbach is seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to oversee field service operations within a defined geographic region, focusing on financial institutions. The role requires strong leadership and coordination, with technicians reporting to you across multiple states in New England.

Location flexibility within CT, MA, ME, RI, NH and VT is expected. You will recruit, mentor, and schedule technicians while ensuring high-quality service, adherence to standards, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in field service management or a similar role.
• Previous experience in the financial industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop field service technicians.
• Assign technicians to service calls based on their skills, location, and workload.
• Monitor technician performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Manage technician schedules and ensure timely response to customer requests.
