Job summary

Wittenbach is seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to oversee field service operations for financial institutions within the New England region. The role is based in the New England Territory, managing technicians across CT, MA, ME, RI, NH and VT.

You will recruit, train, and lead a team of 10–15 technicians, ensure high-quality service, monitor metrics, and uphold safety and company standards while driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of field service management experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop field service technicians.
• Manage technician schedules and assignments based on skills and location.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Oversee service delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
• Track inventory and ensure parts availability.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
