Job summary

Benco Dental is seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to oversee installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and repair of dental and radiography equipment within the region. You will ensure compliance with customer specs and company standards, delivering on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes leadership, field-based work, and collaboration with sales and service teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth. Strong management and technical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Associate Degree in Business or BioMed Technology.
• 5 years of experience in a service industry.
• Previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist, coach, evaluate, and improve performance of regional service/installation technicians.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional labor sales goals.
• Ensure Service Technicians follow time and attendance reporting requirements and PTO reflects assigned work.
• Hold Service Technicians accountable for responsibilities.
• Coordinate and conduct regularly scheduled meetings with all Regional Personnel.
• Ensure high customer service satisfaction rates.
