Job summary

Benco Dental is seeking a Field Service/Installation Technician to support customers across the field, performing on-site maintenance and repairs and providing practical equipment training. You will be a customer-focused problems solver helping clinics stay up and running.

The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication. This is a field-based position offering travel to customer sites and collaboration with a national service team.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows-based programs and general computer literacy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing maintenance and repair services out in the field.
