Milacron invites a high-energy Field Sales Representative to join our Chicago, IL area team. The role focuses on aggressively identifying and winning new business in a defined territory, with a hunter mindset and a drive to exceed targets.

Travel will be significant (50–75%), with frequent driving within the region. Candidates should reside in Illinois and bring 5+ years in outside B2B field sales, ideally in technical/industrial machinery or plastics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (or four to five years of relevant experience) in a related field.
• Outside B2B field sales experience (5+ years) in technical/industrial environments.
• Experience with plastics injection molding/extrusion is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively hunt for new logos and greenfield opportunities within a defined territory.
• Lead value-based sales conversations and drive pipeline from creation to close.
• Maintain territory ownership with growth plans and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to ensure aftermarket coverage.
• Track opportunities, forecast, and activities in the CRM.
