Job summary

Hydro, a Dover Corporation brand, seeks a field sales professional to drive chemical dosing and dispensing solutions across the South Central US. The role emphasizes rapid relationship-building, deep product application knowledge, and collaboration with sales partners.

You will travel frequently within the region, maintain Salesforce CRM records, and collaborate with the Americas Sales Director to exceed sales targets and grow a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications or other related discipline is required.
• 2+ years outside B2B sales experience is required.
• Proven ability to build and manage collaborative customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined processes for communication with customer’s sales partners via phone and email, to initiate relationships and schedule trainings and appointments, and conduct in-person trainings and joint customer visits.
• Travel to customer locations to be the face of Hydro with customers during presentations and site visits.
• Maintain CRM records in Salesforce before and after every commercial interaction.
• Analyze Salesforce data and reporting to provide insights on valuable activities for the customer’s sales organization.
• Provide regular feedback to the Hydro Cintas Account Team andAmericas Sales Director.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to meet budgets, deadlines, and sales quotas through account planning and cross-selling.
