Dover Corporation's Hydro sales role in the Eastern United States seeks a proactive sales professional to drive product adoption and service delivery for chemical dosing and dispensing solutions. You will build relationships, train customers, and act as the Hydro voice at client sites.

The role requires travel across the region, strong CRM usage, and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and customer needs.

Competenze

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and account management in B2B sales.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships within assigned portfolio.
• Willingness to travel regionally (50%+ of time) across the U.S. Eastern region.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for trainings and on-site visits.

• Develop relationships with customers in the defined portfolio and be the expert voice of Hydro to customers.
• Schedule trainings, appointments, and joint customer visits; conduct on-site visits as needed.
• Document all activities in Salesforce and provide regular insights to the sales team.
• Manage accounts to exceed budgets, deadlines, and quotas through strategic planning.
