Pelsis North America is seeking a driven Regional Account Manager for the Bird B Gone division. This field role focuses on revenue growth, new business, and executing sales and marketing initiatives across an assigned U.S. territory.

Reporting to the sales function and collaborating with Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Marketing, you will strengthen our market presence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B field sales experience
• Proven success in new business development and territory growth
• Strong presentation, communication, and training skills
• Ability to travel regularly within territory and occasionally nationally

Responsabilités

• Develop understanding of Bird B Gone products and installation methods
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with Pest Control Operators
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, facility managers, and end users
• Own and achieve territory revenue targets and sales objectives
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline within CRM systems
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical training sessions
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns
• Represent Bird B Gone at trade shows and industry events
• Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
