Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Field Sales Executive to join the Newcastle team in a hybrid role. You will build relationships with new restaurant partners across the region, expanding our local market and accelerating growth.

You’ll own the end-to-end onboarding, negotiate win-win contracts, and map the regional food scene to identify rising brands. This role requires proven new business acquisition, strong negotiation, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of actively targeting new business and delivering against commercial targets.
• Strong ability to negotiate and structure profitable deals.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to spend significant time on the road.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse business owners.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional restaurant acquisition: map, prospect, pitch, and close high-value restaurant partners across your region.
• Execute strategic business development: engage with independent restaurants via visits, emails, calls, and social platforms to demonstrate value.
• Own the commercial onboarding journey: oversee end-to-end partner onboarding for speed and efficiency.
• Structure high-impact partnerships: negotiate terms and structures for win-win commercial outcomes.
• Act as a local territory expert: develop deep insight into the regional food scene and emerging brands.
