The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards. The Field Supervisor plays a key part in ensuring that every job site operates smoothly and that all work meets safety, quality, and scheduling goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Field Supervisor manages daily field operations and ensures that all team members understand their tasks and responsibilities. They coordinate schedules, assign work, and monitor progress throughout each project phase. Regular site visits are conducted to verify that safety procedures are followed and that the quality of workmanship meets company standards. The supervisor must also identify potential delays, technical issues, or safety concerns and take immediate corrective action. Communication is essential in this role, as the Field Supervisor provides detailed updates to management regarding project progress, resource needs, and any challenges encountered on-site. In addition, they are responsible for mentoring and guiding field employees, promoting teamwork, and ensuring that each worker performs efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

An ideal candidate for the Field Supervisor position will have proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within a field operations environment.
