• Minimum 5–7 years in construction leadership or safety management.
• Proven ability to coach, develop field staff and manage client expectations.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and coordinate on-site safety operations across projects.
• Develop client relationships with safety leaders and project managers.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and performance coaching.
• Travel 50% or more as required by project workload.
• Escalate issues to senior leadership when needed.
• Monitor project health and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain documentation and reporting to leadership.
