Job summary

Progressive Safety, an Examinetics Company, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead construction field operations across multiple projects. You will develop relationships with field staff and client leadership while overseeing day-to-day activities on site.

This role blends people and operations leadership with hands-on safety knowledge, and entails frequent travel to support staffing, onboarding, and client satisfaction across sites.

Qualifications

• Strong construction experience on active jobsites.
• Able to communicate credibly with safety professionals and client leadership.
• Coach and manage field employees and maintain accountability.
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with field employees across projects and locations.
• Coach employees on performance, attendance, reliability, and client expectations.
• Identify and address concerns before they become larger issues.
• Maintain communication with client leadership and seek feedback on staffing needs.
• Participate in candidate interviews and onboarding coordination.
• Oversee onboarding for field staff and ensure readiness for first day.
• Travel ~50% or more to support projects and staffing needs.
• Handle operational issues and escalate to leadership when needed.
