Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a Regional Field Operations Manager to own field execution across the region within the DCS Special Projects Program. You will manage capacity planning, allocate Superintendents and Foremen, and ensure mobilization readiness for a portfolio of data center cabling projects.

You will lead a team of 40–60 technicians across multiple active projects, partnering with Program Directors and Project Managers to keep projects on schedule while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in construction management, electrical technology, or related discipline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional field capacity planning across active and upcoming project pipeline.
• Allocate Superintendents and Foremen based on project priority and availability.
• Validate mobilization readiness prior to project start.
• Monitor labor productivity and field efficiency across regional projects.
• Drive crew utilization and track trends for program leadership.
• Enforce installation standards and drive quality across regional crews.
• Develop field leaders and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate with Regional Program Manager on sequencing and pipeline demands.
