Job summary

Water Solutions seeks an Operations Manager to lead safe, profitable operations across a regional network of facilities. You will supervise Facility Managers, mentor staff, and partner with Maintenance, Engineering, HR, and Finance to achieve efficiency and business goals.

You will travel between facilities, manage budgets, compile executive reports, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in oil field/water disposal or upstream operations.
• 2–3 years of management experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Extensive knowledge of oil and gas operations and oilfield processes.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow of direct reports and maintain safety standards.
• Hire, train, lead, coach, and mentor Facility Managers.
• Create, deliver, and present reports to an executive audience.
• Manage operations for a defined geographic region and meet budget targets.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure efficient regional operations.
• Travel extensively to field facilities and communicate conditions to supervision.
