Job summary

NGL Energy Partners LP is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Water Solutions facilities across a defined region. You will supervise Facility Managers, partner with Maintenance, Engineering, HR, and Finance, and drive safe, profitable operations.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, managing budgets, delivering executive reports, and coordinating with EHS for safety training and incident reporting. Extensive local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Oilfield/water disposal or upstream operations experience (6+ years).
• 2–3 years of management experience required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to supervise Facility Managers and partner with multiple teams.
• Oversee daily workflow and ensure safe, compliant operations across facilities.
• Hire, train, mentor, and coach Facility Managers and Operators.
• Establish budgets and monitor operational expenditures.
• Create and present reports to executive leadership.
• Ensure safety training and incident reporting with EHS.
