Qualifications

• 4–7 years of field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience executing field programs that support pipeline generation and sales engagement.
• Strong partnership with sales teams and cross-functional marketing collaboration.
• Experience with events and digital tactics; data-driven performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional field marketing plans aligned to revenue goals and target accounts.
• Plan and deliver integrated programs: trade shows, roadshows, executive roundtables, user groups, webinars, ABM initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end execution: planning, logistics, promotion, on-site, post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales for territory planning, account engagement, and pipeline acceleration.
• Translate brand messaging into regionally relevant campaigns with marketing teams.
• Track program performance and apply insights to optimize future programs.
• Manage budgets and external vendors with forecasting and reconciliation.
• Travel 15–30% for on-site events and customer engagement.
