Job summary

Inspire is seeking a regional marketing leader to act as the local expert on market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. You will collaborate with Operations, Training, Growth Consultants and Analytics to support franchisees in building demand and accelerating growth.

This role requires strong relationship skills, field presence up to 60% travel, and ability to turn local insights into actionable programs aligned with national plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years experience in marketing, brand management or related roles.
• Experience in a franchisee model or multi-unit distribution is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchisees and act as local marketing coach.
• Analyze regional/local market dynamics and opportunities.
• Identify shifts in local business and coordinate with XF team for support.
• Travel up to 60% to engage with markets and franchisees.
• Support marketing programs, PR, and local store marketing tools.
