Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive localized demand generation across Germany & CEE for our HVAC-R portfolio, collaborating with sales, global campaign teams, and the EMEA marketing organization.

You will plan and execute multi-channel programs, lead events, and optimize the funnel with analytics, partnering with regional teams to translate strategy into pipeline.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing or industrial/B2B environments.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, campaign metrics, and marketing automation tools.
• Proven event planning and project management skills across varying sizes.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and global marketing teams.
• Fluency in German and English; based in Germany with in-office availability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, localize, and execute multi-channel demand generation programs.
• Lead end-to-end local events, from small engagements to major initiatives.
• Build and manage campaign calendars aligned with sales priorities.
• Own campaign execution from planning to performance analysis.
• Monitor funnel performance: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with global teams to localize campaigns for Germany & CEE.
• Provide market insights to regional and global stakeholders.
• Support sales enablement with localized content and tools.
• Partner with Head of Field Marketing to implement strategic initiatives.
