Job summary

Inspire, in partnership with Dunkin', is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead local market strategies in the Atlanta area. You will act as the franchisee partner and regional spokesperson for national plans while tailoring programs to local dynamics.

You will spend time in the field building relationships with franchisees, drive local store marketing, coordinate with XF partners, and support programs, PR, and store-level activations across multi-unit networks.

Qualifications

• Min 3+ years in marketing, brand management, or Dunkin' operations.
• Field-based, multi-unit distribution experience desirable.
• Experience in a franchisee model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchisees as local marketing coach.
• Be the expert on regional/local dynamics and opportunities.
• Drive LSM strategy with franchisees; annual plans.
• Support marketing programs, PR, and store-level activities.
• Attend franchisee meetings and prepare materials.
