Job summary

Inspire seeks a regional/local marketing expert to act as the franchisee partner and regional spokesperson for local market strategy and national marketing plans. You will build strong franchisee relationships, drive local store marketing, and support market moments with cross-functional teams.

Travel up to 60% is required; 3+ years in marketing or brand management, preferably in Dunkin' operations or similar franchise models, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing or promotional agencies, brand management, or similar Dunkin' operations.
• Field-based, multi-unit distribution system, and/or QSR experience is desirable.
• Local store marketing experience and ability to communicate at all levels to build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert on regional/local dynamics: Dunkin' business, local market conditions, consumer, and competitive landscape.
• Identify shifts and needs warranting store marketing or XF team support and know when to intervene.
• Maintain strong franchisee relationships with marketing leadership in designated region; spend time in the field.
• Provide boots-on-the-ground support for key market moments: marketing execution, PR, store-level support.
• Attend franchisee meetings and support meeting material preparation and presentations.
• Champion Local Store Marketing tools, including Pricing Portal and LSM adoption.
• Drive LSM strategy with Franchisees; assist regional media opportunities and partner PR activities.
• Be knowledgeable of National Marketing strategies and serve as regional/local spokesperson.
