Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in operations, field service, or project management in electrical power systems.
• Prior leadership experience managing crews in field environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NETA, IEEE standards.

• Oversee overall performance of assigned region, ensuring goals are met.
• Collaborate with sales teams for customer proposals.
• Uphold high safety standards in alignment with policies.
• Plan jobs and schedule crews for field service projects.
