Dirty Hands, LLC in the Boston area is seeking a Field Manager to lead a merchandiser team across the North Atlantic region. You will spend most of your week in-market coaching the team, building retailer relationships, and ensuring brand standards are executed.

You’ll drive performance through one-on-one coaching, data-informed reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with Retail Execution, Business Development, and Brand Experience to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a team or people
• 2+ years merchandising, retail, or sales
• Experience leading a dispersed field team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of the week in market, coaching the field team.
• Build store-level relationships with Brand Partners across regional accounts.
• Conduct store visits and audits to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Lead performance reviews and develop team growth.
• Ensure data integrity by reviewing field reporting and insights.
