Rippling, Inc. is seeking a Field Manager to lead a merchandiser team across the North Atlantic region, based in the Boston, MA area.

You will coach, develop, and motivate field staff while driving retail execution and relationship building with Brand Partners and retailers. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, ride-alongs in market, data review, and cross-functional collaboration with Retail Execution, Business Development, and Brand Experience to turn priorities into action.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• 2+ years of merchandising, retail, and/or sales experience.
• 2+ years of retail industry experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and coach a dispersed team across regions.
• Develop and maintain store-level relationships with retailers and Brand Partners.
• Review data from store visits and audits to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Manage performance, feedback, and development for team members.
