Job summary

Dirty Hands is seeking a Field Manager to lead a dispersed team of merchandisers in the North Atlantic region. You will spend substantial time in market, ride-alongs, and store visits to coach, build store relationships, and ensure brand execution aligns with strategy.

You will collaborate with Brand Partners and cross-functional teams to drive results and a strong team culture. We value servant leadership, ownership of performance, and the development of future leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team management or people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• 2+ years of merchandising, retail, and/or sales experience.
• 2+ years of retail industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading and engaging a geographically dispersed or remote field team.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and ride-alongs to observe execution, coach in real time, and reinforce standards.
• Facilitate relationships with Brand Partners to strengthen confidence in Dirty Hands.
• Conduct store visits and audits to identify gaps and coaching opportunities.
• Own and grow store-level relationships across the region.
• Identify market risks and drive action with cross-functional support when needed.
• Coach team through one-on-ones and performance reviews.
• Manage compliance with reporting and data integrity across platforms.
