Job summary

Case Facility Management Solutions in Massachusetts is seeking a Regional Field Manager to lead exterior maintenance operations across assigned sites. You will hire and train Field Supervisors, manage subcontractors, and ensure service quality.

This role requires 3–5 years in snow/landscape operations, strong leadership, travel across the region, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with site managers to uphold Case brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plowing and de-icing operations.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscape services / sales / estimating.
• DOT Medical card.
• Valid driver’s license, with clean driving record.
• Leadership - ability to drive performance and promote healthy work culture simultaneously.
• Familiar with smart phone and tablet technology.
• Frequent travel throughout assigned region and occasional travel throughout the U.S.
• 3+ years of snow / landscape / construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Landscape, snow, tree, and exterior facilities maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent and strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Self-perform when the situation calls for it.
• Hire and train Field Supervisors.
• Teach Field Supervisors how to leverage the signed subcontractor agreement with the contractors to drive performance.
• Assist with training of sub-contractors with Case FMS app and SC provider app.
• Conduct site visits and inspections with an emphasis on finding out-of-scope opportunities.
• Develop rapport with location managers by upholding Case brand.
• Qualify service partners for their resources and capabilities.
• Identify when a site has unique needs requiring equipment allocations from SP.
• Manage sub-contractors within geography.
• Analyze root cause when there is a service complaint.
• Assist in hands-on exterior maintenance operations.
• Learn market rate pricing for exterior maintenance jobs, materials, fees, etc.
• Interface with small business owners in construction, hardscaping, landscaping and excavation.
• Identify talent for Field Supervisor candidates and maximize their potential in management and performance.
• Vet and quality new service partners including resources and insurance coverage.
• Identify safety issues on sites and communicate opportunities for additional services to area director.
