Job summary

A facilities maintenance service provider is looking for a qualified professional to coordinate landscape maintenance across approximately 300 sites. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of professional landscape maintenance experience, including management of contractors and hands-on expertise in irrigation, turf management, and horticulture practices. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of commercial landscape maintenance experience.
• Experience in leading and managing landscape contractor personnel.
• Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service levels at about 300 sites with customers and contract partners.
• Conduct monthly inspections of key locations and manage service standards.
• Hire and manage contract partners for service delivery and quality control.
